KRISTI Xi brings a fresh perspective of beauty and talent to the game. Born in Wales,
U.K., KRISTI Xi has been able to reach a worldwide fan base with her blend of musical
styles. KRISTI Xi’s international appeal sets her apart from other artists, allowing fans to
enjoy a truly unique experience through her music.
KRISTI Xi has been writing and performing since the age of 7. As a young performer, the
club, festival and sports arena circuit gave KRISTI Xi the experience needed to command
large crowds and showcase her talent. By the age of 11, she sang backing vocals for
various Welsh, U.K. bands. Her musical influences include Michael Jackson, Stevie
Wonder, Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, John Lennon and Beverly Knight.
KRISTI Xi’s first studio release was 2007’s “I’m Just a Girl” on Grooveland Records,
which was awarded 4 out of 5 stars by BBC Wales. Along with several write-ups in U.K.
print media and other exposure in the area, KRISTI Xi quickly became the artist that
everyone was buzzing about. Throughout her career, she has worked with a number of
artists and producers including Dretonio, Marcus 'Audioplayerz' Simpson, Ministry of
Sound producers, Fabion TreMoreFire Dubs.
KRISTI Xi explains her music the following way: “What u hear is what u get. I'm real.
Everything I write is about my life, and I'm sure there’s at least one song that everyone
can relate too.” About her passion for music, KRISTI Xi says,” Music is definitely the
love of my life. Without it, I would be lost.” Her love for the craft and her ability to
translate it into hot music is evident with every project she releases.
KRISTI Xi's latest endeavor finds her as the First Lady of independent record label Bittersweet, LLC. She
signed with the label in May of 2010. Label Owner and premier artist / producer Smoke
E. Digglera, from the critically acclaimed R&B group Playa, signed KRISTI Xi based on
her raw talent and crossover appeal. Through Bittersweet, LLC., KRISTI Xi is currently
working on her 2nd album, which features the hit single “Give My Luv 2 U”. She is also
finalizing her collaboration EP with Smoke E. Digglera. The collaboration album, entitled
Smoke N Kristi, was released April 2011. Look for KRISTI Xi and
